Welcome to Peninsula Juniors and thank you for your interest in joining the PJV and Tribe Families. Peninsula Juniors is always looking for enthusiastic coaches to work with our already fantastic team of hardworking coaches and staff members. Most of our hiring occurs between July and October for the PJV girls' season and between June and August for our Peninsula Tribe boys' season, but your application is welcome anytime.

Peninsula Juniors coaches receive a competitive salary that includes a coaching stipend, a non-taxed per diem for tournament days, mileage reimbursement, paid hotels and air travel for tournaments (if applicable), PJV coaching gear, and progressing coaching education through USA Volleyball's Coaching Accreditation Program (CAP). Each year, our coaches are eligible to attend another CAP course through CAP Level III; after that, they may attend the coaching workshop of their choice, pending approval.

Our staff is caring, friendly, and motivated to work to be better coaches every day they step into the gym. We are always looking for people who understand and believe in our club philosophy and want to work not only to do a great job teaching players the game of volleyball, but who love working with young people. We don't coach volleyball - we coach amazing young men and women to be the leaders of tomorrow. Please read through our website and decide if Peninsula Juniors is the place for you. We would love for more enthusiastic coaches to join our family.

Interested coaches should download and complete the coaching application in its entirety and e-mail to club director, Denise Sheldon at director@peninsulajuniors.org. Please include a current coaching resume and/or comprehensive coaching history. We look forward to hearing from you!
