- 10U, 11U, 12U Sessions are Mondays at 6-8pm & Weekends 9-11am* (No Sessions on Labor Day Weekend)
- 10U, 11U, 12U Sessions: 8/15, 8/17, 8/22, 8/24, 8/29, 8/31, 9/12, 9/14, 9/20, 9/21, 9/27, 9/28, 10/5, 10/11, 10/12, 10/17, 10/19, 10/24.
- 13U-15U Sessions are Wednesdays 6-8pm & Weekends 11am-1pm* (No Sessions on Labor Day Weekend)
- 13U-15U Sessions: 8/15, 8/19, 8/22, 8/26, 8/29, 9/2, 9/9, 9/12, 9/16, 9/20, 9/23, 9/27, 9/30, 10/7, 10/11, 10/14, 10/17, 10/21.
* Weekend Sessions vary due to availability in the gym.
Training sessions will focus on technical development to help the athlete create the right fundamentals for club season.
